Minister of Interior Affairs-IEA, Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani Met with Senior Kazakh Delegation

Minister of Interior Affairs, H.E. Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, met this afternoon with H.E. Serik Zhumangarin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who arrived in Kabul on an official visit leading a high-level delegation.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the security situation, joint efforts to combat narcotics, transit and technology cooperation, as well as the expansion of political and economic relations and regional cooperation.

Both sides emphasized that Afghanistan currently provides a conducive environment for trade and investment and underscored the need to make effective use of these opportunities in support of the development and prosperity of the two nations.
