Six Taliban Militants Killed in Helmand Province

Six Taliban militants were killed during a joint clearance operation carried out by Afghan National Defense and Security Forces in Baluchan region, Lashkar Gah City, capital of southern Helmand province.

Afghan National Defense and Security Forces detected 35 roadside bombs as well and two villages cleared of armed Taliban.

In the meantime, Afghan National Police discovered and neutralized a roadside bomb which was placed by enemies of peace and stability of Afghanistan in Qalat City, capital of southern Zabul province.
