Acting Minister of Interior Affairs IEA, H.E Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani arrived in Jawzjan province as part of his visit.

On Tuesday, officials, scholars, tribal leaders and common citizens took part in a meeting organized in the Jawzjan Provincial Hall. At the beginning of the gathering, Hafiz Noorullah welcomed H.E Khalifa on behalf of the people of Jawzjan and mentioned his visit as a good example of the government's solidarity with the people. Hafiz Noorullah said: The people of Jawzjan helped and supported IEA in difficult conditions but praise be to Allah, we have reached such a peace that we see our leaders closely in our provinces and districts.

Gul Haider Shafaq, governor of Jawzjan, welcomed H.E Khalifa and added: The leaders of the emirate are not seeking power, but all of them want to implement the Islamic system.
Later, Governor of Balkh, Muhammad Yusuf Wafa spoke and said that the strengthening of the Islamic system was the dream of our martyrs, and today it is left to us as a trust.
According to him, the responsibility of the unity of the system and the people rests with the scholars, tribal leaders and university professors.

At the end of the meeting, after greeting the scholars of Jawzjan, tribal leaders, university and school teachers and all the 
participants, H.E Khalifa congratulated them on the victory and offered condolences to the families of the martyrs.
He said: The enemies of Afghans wanted to divide the country, but the prejudice here was not local, but political. With our mutual unity, religious strength and national love, we were able to defeat their conspiracy and keep Afghanistan united with a strong sense of unity. Commenting at the situation of the country for the past 40 years he said that the people of the north have made countless sacrifices for the unity and independence of Afghanistan, that’s why I came here with the guidance and greetings of Amir-ul-Momineen. 

H.E Haqqani said that we are united by one existence and one belief, we share national unity and values. Also, he assured the participants that the Emirate is standing on its Sharia and national promise of amnesty.  The government has never violated this issue and if anyone has done anything arbitrarily, the courts have stopped it. We do not address the people of the past revolution as enemies or opponents.

Regarding inclusive participation in the government and the appointment of cadres and professional people, he said: Inclusion comes by itself after building trust. We are trying to strengthen the trust first, then the atmosphere of cooperation and interaction will be strengthened.
H.E Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani said: 
"Government is not property, but a trust. After me, it will be the turn of another Afghan Muslim." According to him, the government has the status of a parent, regardless of its situation the children want food, medicine and other necessities of life from it. 
H.E Haqqani said that looking at the history of the world, nations are gradually relying on themselves. We have a long journey ahead of us, we will reach our destination, Allah willing, which is to make this country stand on its feet and compete with others.
