Alhaj Mawlawi Muhammad Nabi Umari, First Deputy- Ministry of Interior Affairs-IEA, held a meeting with the United Kingdom’s Special Envoy, Richard Lindsay, accompanied by his delegation.

The two sides engaged in discussions on the current situation in Afghanistan and the wider region, exchanging perspectives. The UK delegation reaffirmed their country’s continued humanitarian assistance through the United Nations, as well as ongoing support for Afghan refugees.

Both parties concluded the meeting by underscoring the importance of enhancing cooperation and fostering sustainable bilateral engagement.
