Three Million Afghanis Recovered and Returned to Owner in Herat

Police forces of Herat Provincial Command apprehended a woman in District 9 of Herat city in connection with the theft of three million Afghanis.

Following the completion of her case files, she will be handed over to judicial authorities for further legal proceedings.

The stolen money was verified and returned to its rightful owner.
