Seven Suspected Drug Dealers Arrested in Balkh Province

Counter-narcotics personnel of the Balkh Provincial Police Command arrested seven suspected drug dealers in separate operations conducted in Mazar-e-Sharif City.

According to the authorities, the suspects were apprehended along with various quantities of narcotics and other prohibited items. Seized during the operations were 26 kilograms of hashish, 400 "Tablet K" pills, nine bottles of alcoholic beverages, 19 packets of pregabalin tablets, four kilograms of raw material used in the production of "Tablet K," two handheld radios, two hand grenades, and one Kalashnikov rifle.

The detained individuals have been referred to the relevant judicial and prosecutorial authorities for further investigation.
