Police Seize Nearly 100 Kilograms of Opium in Kunduz Province

The Anti-Narcotics Police of the Kunduz Provincial Police Headquarters, during an investigative operation in Khanabad District, Kunduz Province, prevented the smuggling of 96 kilograms of opium. Three individuals were arrested while attempting to transport the narcotics skillfully in two vehicles—a Fortuner and a Khaliji type.

The arrested individuals will be handed over to judicial authorities after initial investigations.
