Over 100 Kilograms of Opium Seized in Takhar Province

Counter-narcotics police of the Takhar Police Command arrested two individuals after intercepting the smuggling of 104 kilograms of opium.

According to the report, the suspects had skillfully concealed the narcotics inside a taxi vehicle and were transporting them to an undisclosed destination when they were apprehended by the counter-narcotics forces.

Following the completion of preliminary investigations, the detained individuals will be referred to the relevant judicial and legal authorities for further proceedings.
