Taliban’s Military Commission Chief Arrested in Herat

Sadam, the Military Commission Chief of the armed Taliban group for Gulran district of Herat arrested after he was wounded yesterday.

Sadam was seriously wounded in an ambush of the Afghan National Police.

The ambush took place in Dasht-e-Charso region, on the border line of the Kohsan and Ghurian districts of Herat.

Sadam was involved in major destructive and terrorist attacks in Herat province.
