90 Kilograms of Opium and an Alcoholic Beverage Production Factory Seized in Herat and Takhar Provinces

Highway Police forces of the Herat Police Command conducted a search operation during which they seized 90 kilograms of opium and arrested two individuals in connection with the case.
The seized narcotics were being transported toward Kandahar Province when security forces identified and intercepted them before they could reach their destination.
Meanwhile, personnel of the Counter-Narcotics Management of the Takhar Police Command discovered a factory producing alcoholic beverages that was secretly operating inside a residential house and arrested one individual in connection with the case.
