713 Kilograms of Opium Seized in Badakhshan Province

A total of 713 kilograms of opium were seized during a targeted operation conducted by police forces of the Badakhshan Provincial Police Command in Daraim District of the province.
Two individuals were also arrested in connection with the trafficking of the seized narcotics. Following preliminary investigations, the suspects will be referred to the relevant judicial and legal authorities for further proceedings.
