Foundation Stones Laid for Three Construction Projects in Parwan Province and Mir Bacha Kot District of Kabul
The foundation stones for a new Passport Department building and a mosque within the compound of Parwan Province were laid during a ceremony attended by Mawlawi Enayatullah Rashid, Director General of Construction at the Procurement Affairs Deputy of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, Mufti Mohammad Idris Anwari, Governor of Parwan, Al-Haj Qari Mohammad Javid Zia-ur-Rahman, Provincial Police Chief, along with other officials and representatives of the province.
During the ceremony, the Director General of Construction emphasized the importance of implementing standard construction projects, stating that over the past year more than one hundred major projects, including mosques, administrative offices, police checkpoints, complexes, and others, have been launched in various provinces of the country, with work on these projects currently underway.
It is worth noting that the construction of the Passport Department building and the mosque in the Parwan provincial compound will be completed within eleven months at a total cost of more than 14 million Afghanis.
Additionally, the Director General of Construction of the Ministry of Interior Affairs also laid the foundation stone for a mosque at the Police Command headquarters of Mir Bacha Kot District in Kabul Province.
