Launch of Campaign to Collect Unlicensed Weapons and Remove Tinted Windows in Baghlan and Herat Provinces
The personnel of the DAIAK Directorate of the Baghlan Police Command, in coordination with other security forces, have launched a mobile checkpoint operation in the Pul-e-Ma’dan area of Pul-e-Khumri city to remove black and tinted windows from vehicles. So far, 10 vehicles have had their black/tinted windows removed.
Meanwhile, the process of collecting unlicensed weapons and preventing the movement of vehicles with black-tinted windows is continuing seriously by the police personnel of the Herat Police Command.
Qari Ehsanullah Hossein, Deputy Head of DAIAK of the Herat Police Command, said that during this process, security forces are collecting unlicensed weapons in accordance with established rules and regulations and are taking legal action against vehicles with black-tinted windows that are being driven in the city in violation of regulations.
