Khost Governor Meets with Residents of Several Districts
Al-Haj Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Haqqani, Governor of Khost Province, traveled with a joint delegation to the districts of Ali Sher-Terizai, Zazi Maidan, Bak, and Sabari-Yaqubi, where he held separate meetings with tribal elders, religious scholars, and local officials.
During these meetings, the problems, requests, and suggestions of the local residents were heard directly. He stated that the Islamic Emirate was established through the cooperation and sacrifices of the people, and that strengthening the system, ensuring security, and resolving public issues are possible through mutual trust and close relations between the people and the government.
He assured the participants that the concerns of the districts would be addressed within the available resources and capacities, while issues requiring attention and decision-making at the central level would be referred to the relevant authorities.
The Governor of Khost also emphasized the implementation of Decree No. 17 of the Amir al-Mu'minin (may Allah protect him), the resolution of disputes and internal conflicts by tribal elders, and cooperation between the public and the security and defense forces along the border line.
Meanwhile, tribal elders and religious scholars reaffirmed their support for the Islamic Emirate and assured officials that they would spare no effort in strengthening security and further expanding coordination and cooperation between the people and the government.
