H.E. Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, Minister of Interior of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and H.E. Asaad al-Shaibani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Syrian Arabic Republic, held a telephone conversation.

During the call, both sides exchanged good wishes and congratulations and discussed the importance of further strengthening relations. They also discussed the recent regional situation, particularly issues related to the ongoing situation between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Both sides emphasized dialogue, mutual understanding, and the diplomatic resolution of issues as the preferred approach.
