Hafiz Mohammad Zarif Khattab Appointed as Civilian Deputy of the General Directorate of Border Police

In a ceremony attended by Mawlawi Hezbollah Afghan, the General Director of Border Police, Mawlawi Abdul Manan Hassan, the Military Deputy of the Directorate, and other officials and personnel, Hafiz Mohammad Zarif Khattab was officially introduced as the Civilian Deputy of the said Directorate.

During the ceremony, Mr. Afghan stated that changes and appointments are a fundamental principle of strengthening the system and exchanging experiences, emphasizing that all members must sincerely follow the directives of the senior leadership of the Islamic Emirate.
