Dozens of Drug Addicts Discharged After Treatment; Dozen Others Removed for Rehabilitation

A total of 133 drug addicts who had been collected from various parts of Balkh Province for treatment have recovered at the provincial addiction treatment center and were handed over to their families by the assigned committee.

Meanwhile, the Counter Narcotics Police have collected 34 other addicts from the provinces of Balkh, Parwan, Maidan Wardak, Badakhshan, and Samangan, and have referred them to addiction treatment centers in the mentioned provinces for medical care.
