Dozens Arrested for Drug Trafficking and Sale Across Several Provinces

Counter-Narcotics Police forces arrested 34 individuals in connection with drug trafficking and distribution in the provinces of Paktia, Laghman, Parwan, Kapisa, Kunduz, Jawzjan, Balkh, Badakhshan, Nimroz, and Kunar. After preliminary investigations and the completion of their case files, the suspects will be referred to the relevant judicial authorities.
During the operations, police seized 950 narcotic tablets, more than five kilograms of opium, two kilograms of hashish, and one kilogram of methamphetamine from the arrested individuals.
