Dozens Arrested in Connection with Drug Trafficking and Sales Across 10 Provinces

Thirty-eight individuals have been arrested by police in connection with drug trafficking and sales in the provinces of Paktia, Laghman, Parwan, Kapisa, Kunduz, Bamyan, Balkh, Badakhshan, Zabul, and Kunar.
The arrested individuals have been handed over to judicial authorities for further investigation.
Authorities also seized 4 kilograms of opium, 1,000 narcotic tablets, and a quantity of methamphetamine from the detainees.
