Dozens Arrested in Connection with Drug Smuggling and Sales Across Several Provinces

Counter-narcotics police forces have arrested 75 individuals in connection with drug smuggling and sales in the provinces of Nangarhar, Bamyan, Parwan, Khost, Panjshir, Farah, Paktia, Paktika, Kandahar, Jowzjan, Nimroz, Baghlan, Ghazni, and Helmand.
From those arrested, police recovered more than two kilograms of hashish, 2,200 intoxicating tablets, as well as quantities of methamphetamine and opium.
