Alhaj Mawlawi Abdul Hakim “Hemat” Akhundzada, Director General of Public Relations at the Ministry of Interior, held a meeting today with a large number of scholars, tribal elders, prominent figures, community leaders, neighborhood representatives, and other influential personalities from the Chahar Dehe area, which falls within five districts of Kabul city.

The meeting focused on strengthening coordination between the people and the government, ensuring timely delivery of services, addressing public concerns, and relaying them to the responsible authorities. The role of both youth and elders in social affairs, along with the need for joint efforts to improve public services, was also discussed.

Mr. Hemat assured the residents that necessary, serious, and effective measures would be taken in the area of service delivery so that the people can confidently benefit from the current security conditions and government services.

He further noted that such engagements will be expanded, aiming to bring together all community councils and social institutions across the country under a unified framework of cooperation and collaboration, in order to achieve meaningful and sustainable national progress.

In conclusion, the residents of Chahar Dehe — who live across nearly five districts of Kabul and whose households are estimated at around 100,000, with a population ranging from 600,000 to 700,000 — expressed their support for the Islamic Emirate and reaffirmed their loyalty. They praised the Ministry of Interior for its security and social services and called for strengthened cooperation with local leaders, councils, and influential community members.
