Clearance Operation Ongoing in Talqan 

Three Taliban terrorists killed and two others wounded following a clearance operation against armed Taliban in the northeastern Takhar province.
The operation carried out by Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) in Talqan City of Takhar.
A number of Taliban strongholds were destroyed by ANDSF in the operation.
Several villages of Talqan cleared of terrorists and the clearance operation is under way to be cleared from armed Taliban presence.
