ANP Seized Explosives-Rigged Rickshaw in Laghman

As a result of search operation, Afghan National Police (ANP) seized an explosives-rigged rickshaw in Qarghaee district of Laghman province.
The rickshaw was carrying 120kg of explosives and ANP arrested a suspected terrorist in connection to this seizure.
The timely discovery of the explosives has foiled terror attack & saved the city from tragedy.
