ANP Seized Explosives-Rigged Rickshaw in Kabul

As a result of search operation, Afghan National Police (ANP) seized an explosives-rigged rickshaw in PD#5, Qambar square, Kabul City.
The timely discovery of the explosives has foiled terror attack & saved the city from tragedy.
