Afghan Ministry of Interior Delegation Attends Passenger Movement Management Meeting on Sidelines of Security Conference in Lianyungang, China
A delegation from the Ministry of Interior, led by Abdul Rahim Ahmad, General Director of Border Police, participated in a sub-meeting on passenger movement management held on the sidelines of the Security Conference in Lianyungang, People’s Republic of China.
The meeting continued from September 8 to 11 this year. During the meeting, the Afghan delegation shared its experiences and recommendations with participants regarding the management of passenger movement through borders and the prevention of fraud and deception. The delegation also considered the experiences of other countries useful.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior delegation held discussions with representatives of the People’s Republic of China on strengthening cooperation and relations between the two countries in the field of passenger movement management, the use of modern technologies, and how to equip and manage such technologies.
