88 Individuals Arrested in Herat for Various Crimes

Police of the Herat Provincial Security Command have arrested 88 individuals over the past month in connection with various crimes during several separate intelligence operations conducted across the city and its districts.

These offenders were members of organized criminal groups involved in theft in different parts of Herat city. They were detained by security forces and handed over to the law for prosecution.

Additionally, 18 different types of vehicles and more than four million Afghanis in stolen money were recovered and returned to their rightful owners.

It is worth mentioning that in the past two days, 3.9 million Afghanis in cash and four electric cars, which had been stolen by unknown individuals, were also recovered and handed over to their owners after legal procedures.
