55 Individuals Arrested in Connection with Various Criminal Offenses in Herat Province

Police forces of the Herat Provincial Police Command, during the past week, conducted several separate discovery and operational missions and arrested 55 individuals in connection with various crimes, including murder, armed robbery, vehicle theft, jewelry theft, illegal possession of weapons, and other criminal offenses, from different areas of Herat city and its districts.

During these operations, police recovered :
18 vehicles, 
11 mobile phones, 
641,500 Afghanis cash,

The arrested individuals were members of organized criminal gangs involved in theft activities across different parts of Herat city. Security forces recently succeeded in identifying, arresting, and bringing them to justice.
