32 Individuals Arrested in Herat and Nangarhar for Drug Trafficking and Distribution

Counter-narcotics police have arrested 32 individuals in connection with drug trafficking and distribution during separate operations in the provinces of Herat and Nangarhar.
According to officials, 25 suspects were arrested in Herat, while seven others were apprehended in Nangarhar. After preliminary investigations, all suspects will be referred to the relevant judicial authorities for legal proceedings.
During the operations, police also seized 16 kilograms of hashish, nearly five kilograms of opium, and 754 narcotic tablets from the suspects.
