258 Kilograms of Narcotics Seized in Badakhshan and Herat

Officers of the Counter-Narcotics Police of the Badakhshan Provincial Police Command have arrested two individuals while smuggling 222 kilograms of hashish from Keshm district, and two others along with 20 kilograms of narcotics from areas of Faizabad city, the provincial capital.

Meanwhile, two individuals were also arrested in connection with the trafficking of 16 kilograms of opium during a police discovery operation in areas of Herat province. The suspects will be handed over to judicial and legal authorities after preliminary investigations.
