24 Taliban Militants Killed and Wounded in Kunduz and Laghman Provinces

20 Taliban militants killed and wounded during a clearance operation in Char Dara district, northern Kunduz province.

The operation carried out by General Command of Police Special Units (GCPSU).

One vehicle used by the militants was also destroyed.

In the meantime, a senior member of Taliban militants was killed and three other Taliban militants were wounded after General Command of Police Special Units conducted an operation in Alishang district, eastern Laghman province.

GCPSU detected two roadside bombs during this operation.

In a separate report, General Command of Police Special Units seized one AK-47 rifle, one pistol, one mortar round and one vehicle during a security operation.

The operation took place in Nasro village, Bagram district, Parwan province.
