22 Individuals Arrested in Khost Province for Drug Trafficking and Sale

Police personnel of the Khost Provincial Police Command, over the past two weeks, have arrested 22 individuals in connection with the trafficking and sale of narcotic drugs through their intelligence-led operations in the provincial center and districts of Khost.
The suspects were arrested as a result of operations carried out by the Counter-Narcotics Police from the First, Second, Fourth, and Ninth Police Districts of Khost City, as well as from the districts of Gurbuz, Tani, Baak, Ismail Khel/Mandozai, Sabari, and Shamal Domanda.
The arrested individuals have confessed to their crimes, and hundreds of narcotic tablets, along with quantities of crystal meth (shisha), heroin, and hashish, were recovered from their possession.
