Public Relations Chief of Ministry of Interior Visits Zabul Province

Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Hemmat Akhundzada, Director General of Public Relations of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, accompanied by Mullah Abdul Nafi Takor, Director of Community Police and 119, and a number of officials, paid an official visit to Zabul Province to strengthen public relations and enhance the Ministry’s ties with local administration.
During the visit, the delegation held separate meetings with Mullah Sher Mohammad Sharif, Governor of Zabul Province; Mullah Faizullah Tamim, Deputy Governor; and Mawlawi Abdul Halim Halimi, Provincial Police Commander.
The meetings covered public relations, media activities, coordination among relevant departments, and ways to address existing challenges.
The Director General of Public Relations and his accompanying delegation also met with representatives of Zabul Province’s media outlets, listened to their concerns, and discussed ways to strengthen coordination and ensure the timely sharing of information. Mr. Hemmat Akhundzada described the media as an important means of communication between the people and the government and emphasized the importance of publishing accurate and responsible information regarding national interests, security, and the country’s progress.
