Three-Year Feud Between Two Families in Paghman District Ends in Peace and Reconciliation

Through the mediation of Al-Hajj Mawlavi Ali Mohammad “Mujahid,” District Governor of Paghman, and with the cooperation of religious scholars and community mediators, a three-year-long dispute between two families was resolved peacefully in the presence of respected scholars, officials of the Islamic Emirate, tribal elders, and local residents.

The Paghman District Governor expressed his appreciation and gratitude to those who played an effective role in mediating and establishing peace between the two families.

He stated that the Islamic system has provided an opportunity for all ethnic groups in Afghanistan to put past enmities and disputes aside, join hands for the development of the country, and work toward a better future for their children.
