Forty Individuals Arrested for Drug Trafficking and Distribution Across Multiple Provinces

Counter-narcotics police have arrested 40 individuals in connection with drug trafficking and distribution across the provinces of Ghazni, Kabul, Nangarhar, Kapisa, Helmand, Parwan, Jawzjan, Kunduz, Bamyan, Samangan, and Paktika.
The suspects will be referred to judicial authorities following the completion of preliminary investigations.
During the operations, police seized 12.4 kilograms of opium, 3.6 kilograms of methamphetamine, 4.624 kilograms of hashish, 2,945 narcotic tablets, and a quantity of heroin from the detainees.
