A five-member armed robbery gang was arrested in Mazar-e-Sharif City of Balkh Province

Police of the Fifth District of Mazar-e-Sharif City, during a swift operation, arrested a five-member gang of thieves who were involved in mobile phone thefts and other petty and major robberies in different parts of Mazar-e-Sharif City. One pistol and several knives were also seized from them.

The arrested individuals will be handed over to the judicial and legal authorities after preliminary investigations.
