Weapons and Ammunition Seized in Helmand and Balkh Provinces

Police of the provincial command in Helmand Province arrested three individuals in connection with transporting illegal weapons and equipment in a Toyota Sipa vehicle within the jurisdiction of the Third District of the provincial center.
The seized items included one Kalashnikov rifle, two pistols, one guerrilla mortar round, five Kalashnikov magazines, and other related equipment.
Meanwhile, police in Balkh Province, during a campaign targeting vehicles with tinted windows and those lacking legal documents in Balkh district, cleared dozens of vehicles of illegal dark window tinting.
They also confiscated nine weapons from responsible individuals whose permits had expired, including three Kalashnikov rifles, two M4 rifles, and four pistols.
