Taliban’s Charity Collectors Arrested in Balkh

Three key Taliban terrorists, who were involved in collecting Zakat (charity) to fund the operations of the group, were arrested after Afghan National Police (ANP) conducted several operations in Koh Alburz, Sholgara and Chamtal districts of Balkh.
