Short-Term Capacity-Building Seminar Held for Counter-Narcotics Directorate Personnel

A short-term capacity-building seminar was conducted for personnel of the Deputy Ministry for Counter-Narcotics.
The seminar was attended by Mal Paswal Mawlawi Hasibullah Ahmadi, Head of Office of the Counter-Narcotics Deputy Ministry, Mawlawi Mohammad Haqqani, Director of Education and Training of the directorate, along with other officials and staff members.
During their speeches, the officials described capacity building as essential for the personnel of the deputy ministry and urged participants to apply the knowledge and skills gained from the seminar in their daily professional duties.
The seminar covers key topics including detection and identification of narcotics, practical training in counter-narcotics operations, ideological training, and other important subjects.
