Seizure of Narcotics and Two Alcohol Production Facilities in Three Provinces

Counter-narcotics police forces seized a quantity of narcotics and uncovered two alcohol production facilities during separate operations across three provinces of the country.
In Kabul province, 6,636 narcotic tablets were confiscated. In Kandahar province, more than 3,000 tablets along with 22 kilograms of hashish were seized. Additionally, two drug production facilities were discovered and dismantled in Ghazni province.
A total of nine individuals were arrested in connection with these cases and will be handed over to judicial authorities after their case files are completed.
