Public Security Police forces, in coordination with Traffic Police, set up inspection checkpoints across Kabul over the past week and identified 487 vehicles lacking legal documents. The vehicles were subsequently transferred to the police township.
Additionally, 223 other vehicles attempting to enter Kabul from various provinces were stopped at the Sang-e-Naweshta gate by forces of the Second Al-Badr Battalion due to the absence of legal documentation and were sent back to their provinces of origin.
The Public Security Police Directorate stated that the purpose of these measures is to prevent the movement of illegal vehicles, maintain urban order, and strengthen security.
