Over 30Kg Drugs Seized in Nangarhar Province

Yesterday, Afghan Counter-Narcotics Special Operation Police seized 9.500kg heroin and 22kg hashish during an operation conducted in Behsud district, eastern Nangarhar province.
A suspected drug trafficker was also arrested and the drugs were recovered from a vehicle hidden in its compartments.
The Ministry of Interior Affairs is committed to fight against narcotics and Afghan Counter-Narcotics Special Operation Police are having major success in fighting against smugglers and narcotics, which will continue.
