One Individual Arrested in Khost for Collecting Donations in the Name of the Red Crescent

Criminal Investigation personnel of Shamal Dwa Manda District, Khost Province, have arrested one individual on charges of forgery and deceiving the public.
During preliminary investigations, the individual confessed to collecting cash from shopkeepers in the name of the Red Crescent under the pretext of charitable donations, and distributing fake receipts and documents in return, claiming they were official donation documents issued by the organization.
A sum of cash, fake documents, and materials related to stamps were also recovered from the suspect.
