143 Kilograms of Opium Seized in Badakhshan Province

Counter-Narcotics Police of the Badakhshan Provincial Police Headquarters seized 143 kilograms of opium during a targeted operation conducted in Argo District of the province.

One suspect was arrested in connection with the attempted trafficking of the narcotics and, following the completion of preliminary investigations, will be referred to the relevant judicial and legal authorities.
