Light and Heavy Weapons and Ammunition Seized in Laghman Province

Personnel of the Dawlat Shah District Police Command in Laghman Province, together with forces from the Intelligence Directorate and the Brigade, arrested two suspects while deploying to the Nawya area to resolve a dispute between two tribes over a mountain.
During a search of the suspects, security forces seized five Kalashnikov rifles, 31 Kalashnikov magazines, four rocket rounds, six boxes of Kalashnikov ammunition, one box of PK machine-gun ammunition, and three hand grenades.
Following the completion of the preliminary investigation, the suspects will be referred to the relevant judicial and legal authorities for further legal proceedings.
