A Major Fire Caused by an Electrical Short Circuit Extinguished in Nangarhar

Firefighting personnel of the Nangarhar Provincial Police Command successfully contained a major fire caused by an electrical short circuit in the Fifth District of Jalalabad City, the provincial capital, as a result of their timely and professional response.

Fortunately, the incident resulted in no loss of life. In addition, property valued at approximately 600,000 Afghanis was saved from being destroyed by the fire.
