21 Individuals Arrested in Connection with Drug Trafficking and Sale in Herat Province

Twenty-one individuals have been arrested in connection with drug trafficking and sale in various parts of Herat province. Following preliminary investigations by the police, they will be handed over to the judicial and legal authorities.
From the arrested individuals, police recovered 16 kilograms of hashish, more than 1,000 narcotic tablets, and quantities of alcohol, yama (meth), and other substances.
