8 Individuals Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Herat

The Counter-Narcotics Police of the Herat Provincial Police Headquarters, during several separate operations, arrested 8 individuals in connection with the sale of narcotics.
A quantity of opium, methamphetamine (crystal meth), intoxicating tablets, and alcoholic beverages were recovered from the suspects.
