Senior Deputy Minister of Interior for Security Affairs Travels to Sar-e-Pul Province
Senior Lieutenant General Al- Haj Mullah Mohammad Ibrahim, the Senior Deputy Minister of Interior for Security Affairs, together with an accompanying delegation, paid an official visit to Sar-e-Pul Province, where they met with Al-Haj Mawlawi Mohammad Zarif “Muzaffar,” the Governor of Sar-e-Pul; Al-Haj Mawlawi Abdul Basir “Mazhari,” the Chief of Police; as well as civilian and military officials, respected scholars, tribal elders, and Mujahideen of the province.
The Governor of Sar-e-Pul, while welcoming the Senior Deputy Minister and his delegation, emphasized in his remarks that honesty is one of the fundamental qualities of an Islamic ruler. He added that safeguarding the system is only possible through good conduct, avoiding oppression, addressing people’s problems, and adhering to Sharia.
The Senior Deputy Minister then stated that accepting responsibility is a divine test. He called on officials to keep the doors of government offices open to the public, listen to their concerns, and strengthen unity among different ethnic groups. He affirmed that the decrees and directives of the Amir al-Mu’minin, Sheikh Sahib (may Allah protect him), form the foundation of governance, and he provided necessary guidance to officials and residents on obeying these directives.
In separate meetings with officials, esteemed scholars, and tribal elders, the Senior Deputy Minister personally listened to their concerns and requests.
