A Weapons Cache Discovered in Uruzgan Province

Police of the Uruzgan Provincial Police Headquarters uncovered and seized a weapons and ammunition cache during an intelligence operation in Tarinkot, the provincial capital.

The seized ammunition includes:
21,000 rounds of Kalashnikov and PK machine-gun bullets, 
200 rounds for a DShK heavy machine gun, 300 rounds for a rocket launcher, 
Several hand grenades.

Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the recovered ammunition, and they are currently under investigation.
