ANP Detected A Remote Controlled Mine in Laghman Province

Afghan National Police discovered and detected a remote controlled mine which was placed by enemies of peace and stability of Afghanistan in the vicinity of the Qarghayi district, eastern Laghman province.

The timely discovery of the explosives has foiled terror attack and saved the city from an expected tragedy.

Discoveries like this demonstrate the ever-increasing capability of Afghan National Defense and Security Forces to protect the civilians from indiscriminate IED attacks.
